Compassionate spirits are happy to assist you and will avail themselves to you no matter where you are at the time. They are not bounded by constraints of either time or space, for this reason, long distance healing can be effective.
Some of us may have difficulty acknowledging the power of long distance healing work, however as the spirit world is timeless, endless, expansive, and not bound to gravity. The distance between you and I as your shamanic healer and facilitator is a non issue.
The following is a set of guidelines to prepare you for your long distance session:
Advance preparation; write down a list of questions and issues you would like help with. Communicate these to me either by making an initial consultation by phone, or send me the details in an e-mail, and at the same time we will set up your appointment for the healing work. At the appointment time, we will start with a discussion of what needs to change. This may last between five and fifteen minutes.
It is ideal to sit quietly through the session undisturbed, it is not essential, although I do prefer to have your conscious attention be present, as it is one way of helping your ego to accept that work has been done on your behalf.
I will do a diagnostic journey to learn what the spirits believe is the best course of action. Then I will journey to do the work they suggest, often the treatment you requested – but sometimes a different course. The spirits know what is best for you and help you accordingly.
These sessions can be done over the phone, or an App such as Zoom, Skype or What’s App. You can opt to record the session on your end, or just listen and receive. Please work the details ahead of time with me to make the arrangements as to which communication technology you prefer, and to let her know if you will be recording it or not. You can easily record using your mobile phone or on another device to capture the messages the spirits give for you to hear. Keep in mind, there will be some silent periods throughout the session while I am gathering information.
I will describe the work performed and give you follow up exercises to make sure the power, “sticks”. This may include doing brief meditations daily, checking inside yourself to feel the spirits I retrieve and ask them for guidance and wisdom. Or it may include a “prescription” from the spirits, such as getting more sleep, improving your diet, visualizing healing in your body, etc. (Please think of shamanic work as a complement to modern medicine, not as a substitute). I often continue getting a download of information after the sessions are over, and I will relay the information by emailing it to you.
If you decide to record the session, I recommend listening to it either later that day, or on the next day in a quiet space. But for now, mediate on it, and let it sink in and merge with you. You may have noticed changes in yourself already.
